TM SIM Replacement in 2026
For TM SIM replacement, first consider whether someone stole your SIM along with your mobile phone. If it was stolen, file a complaint immediately through TM’s official page. Afterward, request a replacement SIM through TM Globe or at a TM store. Please ensure that you have the SIM you wish to replace in your possession. To change your SIM, you will need to provide certain documents and pay a fee; submit these either through the official website or at the store where you are getting the SIM issued. To assist you, we have listed below all the required documents and details regarding the fees.
How to Replace TM SIM
1. Through the Globe One App
- First, install the GlobeOne app from the Play Store or App Store on your mobile device.
- Log in using the mobile number (TM/CM number) for which you wish to request a replacement.
- Once your dashboard opens, you will see an option labeled “SIM Services” click on it.
- After clicking on “SIM Services,” you will see an option to replace a faulty or damaged SIM select that option.
- Here, you will find two options that you need to select. The first option asks whether you truly wish to replace your SIM card, and the second confirms that you are the owner of the SIM; you must select both of these options.
- Next, check your eligibility, verify your identity, provide a delivery address, and submit your request.
- Once the request is submitted, the SIM card will be delivered to you within three to five days.
- After receiving the new SIM, you will need to reactivate it.
